VIDEO SURVEILLANCE – INFORMATION CLAUSE

  3. Your personal data in the form of image recorded by video surveillance will be processed in order to ensure the safety of persons staying on the premises of the School Youth Hostel in Olsztyn and to secure the property (Art. 6 (1) (e) RODO) in connection with Art. § 7 (1) – 4 of the Decree of the Minister of Education of March 7, 2005. On the types and detailed principles of operation of public institutions, the conditions of stay of children and young people in these institutions, and the amount and principles of payment paid by parents for the stay of their children in these institutions ( Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1872, as amended).
  4. Personal data in the form of image, processed at the School Youth Hostel in Olsztyn, will be stored for up to 1 month, and after that date only in justified cases, for the period allowed by law in the scope of tasks performed by the Hostel Director.
  5. Personal data in the form of an image may be made available only to entities authorized to process them to public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for the purposes that result from the provisions of generally applicable law or concluded agreements.
  6. A data subject has the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of his or her personal data, as well as to data portability to the extent provided by law.
  7. The data subject also has the right to object to further processing and, if he or she has consented to processing, to withdraw it. Exercising the right to object or withdraw consent does not affect the processing that took place until the objection or withdrawal of consent.
  8. Providing your personal data in the form of image is voluntary, however, staying on the premises of the School Youth Hostel in Olsztyn is tantamount to accepting the Rules and Regulations for the Operation of Video Surveillance.
  9. Your personal data in the form of image will be processed by automated means – surveillance cameras record the image continuously, after 1 month the record is automatically overwritten.
  10. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection when you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016.
