Anglers will have a chance to catch bream, pike, roach, perch, eels and whitefish in Olsztyn’s lakes.

Fans of stronger impressions will take advantage of what the Olsztyn aero club offers. Here you can try your hand at parachute jumping, fly a glider or see the city from a bird’s eye view using scenic flights.

Olsztyn is not only nature, it also offers numerous cultural institutions and many events held under the patronage of the City Hall.

If you are not interested in active forms of recreation, we invite you to the Olsztyn Old Town, where you will find unique monuments of Gothic architecture, you will walk around the charming Podzamcze park where the Łyna River flows and you will rest on a bench on the lap of Nicolaus Copernicus, the Olsztyn castle will attract you with its beauty at any time of the year and the fame of the place where the famous astronomer stayed as the administrator of the chapter property. Right next to the castle there is an amphitheater and numerous events take place there.
